R.H.S. Rosemoor Gardens
Set deep in the lovely North Devon countryside, RHS Garden Rosemoor is a garden of national importance. Lady Anne Berry gifted Rosemoor to the RHS in 1988, since then, the original eight acres have been greatly developed into 65 acres of enchanting garden and woodlands.

The Tarka Trail, over 180 miles in length taking a looping route through North and Mid Devon, from the rugged Atlantic Coast, the estuaries of the two rivers of Tarka the otter fame, the Rivers Taw and Torridge through rural Devon Countryside onto the northern Slopes of Dartmoor, and the source of the River Taw.

A mature sixty seven acre estate surrounded with huge pine trees hides twenty two acres of heavily stocked lakes. Country lovers of all ages will enjoy the wildlife and splendid scenery Stafford Moor has to offer. There are plenty of idyllic spots for a quiet picnic, painting, birdwatching or just walking through the woodlands and watch the Deer, Kingfishers, Woodpeckers, Cuckoos, Jays and Buzzards who live here.

Quince Honey Farm
In 1999 Quince Honey Farm celebrated 50 years of honey production. Founded in 1949 the farm has grown over the years until today it is the largest honey farm in the country. The large exhibition halls were added in 1980. Now a stream of visitors as well as schools and other organised parties study the bees working and living inside their hives as well as seeing the whole process of honey production from hive to jar.
Clovelly is One of the most visited villages in North Devon. White washed houses clinging to the hillside. Cobbled village streets leading down to a most ancient and beautiful harbour. Clovelly is a delight to explore, particularly out of Season or late in the afternoon when the crowds have gone. Cats asleep on steps. Hanging baskets. Working boats in the Harbour overlooked by the Red Lion Hotel. A nice place to rest before the walk back up. Fancy a trip around the Bay?. Superb coastal walks too.
